You can cancel your SalesCal subscription yourself at any time, during the free trial or on a paid plan.
Go to Billing in your dashboard.
Click Cancel subscription.
Read the confirmation, which tells you the exact date your access runs until.
Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Keep subscription to back out.
Canceling doesn't cut you off straight away. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
During a trial, access continues to your trial end date and you're never charged.
On a monthly plan, access continues to the end of the current month.
On an annual plan, access continues to the end of the current year.
After you confirm, the Billing page shows a note reading "Your subscription is set to cancel" along with the date access continues until.
Everything keeps working normally. Your booking pages stay live, bookings still come in, and reminders still go out. Nothing changes until the end date arrives.
Note that while a cancellation is pending you can't change plan or adjust seats. If you want to make changes, get in touch so we can restart the subscription first.
Your account is downgraded and the dashboard becomes read-only for billing purposes. Your data isn't deleted.
You can re-subscribe at any time, before or after the end date. If your account has already been downgraded and you're not sure how to restart it, get in touch and we'll reactivate it rather than making you set everything up again.
Canceling stops future charges. It doesn't automatically refund the period you're currently in, since you keep access for all of it. If you think you've been charged in error, get in touch and we'll look into it.
The Cancel subscription button only appears if you're the account owner with a subscription that's trialing, active, or past due, and that isn't already set to cancel. Team members can't change billing.
