Every new SalesCal account starts with a 14-day trial on the plan you picked at signup. It costs $1 today.
Your card is charged $1 today
We charge your card $1 when you sign up. That $1 covers your first 14 days of full access. Your first full payment is taken automatically once the trial ends, unless you've cancelled before then.
What you get during the trial
Everything on your chosen plan. There are no feature restrictions during the trial and no cap on bookings, leads, or meetings. If you signed up on Pro, round-robin routing and custom domains are available from day one.
Seeing when your trial ends
Open Billing in your dashboard. The page shows your status as Trial along with the exact end date.
What happens when the trial ends
Once your trial ends, we charge your card for the first full billing period and your status changes from Trial to Active. Nothing else changes. Your events, availability, leads, and meetings all stay exactly as they are.
If the payment fails, your account moves to Past due. You keep access while we retry, but you should get in touch so we can help sort the payment out.
Canceling before your trial ends
You can cancel at any point before your trial ends, and you won't be charged for the plan itself.
Go to Billing in your dashboard.
Click Cancel subscription.
Confirm.
You keep full access until your trial end date, however early in the trial you cancel.
Refunds
The $1 covers your first 14 days. If you cancel within those 14 days and would like the $1 back, contact support and we will refund it.
After the trial, your first full payment is taken automatically unless you have cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing.
After you cancel
Your data isn't deleted when a trial ends. If you decide to come back, get in touch and we can reactivate the account rather than making you start again from scratch.
