Upgrading to Pro takes your team from 1 sales seat to 5 and unlocks round-robin routing, custom domains, and branding removal.
A second person needs to take calls. Solo has one sales seat. Adding another host means Pro.
You want bookings shared between hosts. Round-robin routing is Pro only. On Solo you'll see "Round Robin routing is a Pro feature" when you try to add a second host to an event.
You want your landing pages on your own domain instead of a SalesCal address.
You want SalesCal branding off your booking forms.
Go to Billing in your dashboard.
Find the Upgrade to Pro card.
Click Upgrade.
Review the price change on the preview screen.
Confirm.
You'll land back on the Billing page with your plan showing as Pro and 5 sales seats available immediately.
If you hit the Pro-only message somewhere else in the app, the link in that message takes you straight to the upgrade screen.
The preview screen shows exactly what you'll pay before you commit.
Upgrading during your free trial charges nothing today. Your trial runs its full length and the first invoice is at the Pro rate.
Upgrading on a paid plan charges a prorated amount for the rest of the current period, then the full Pro rate from your next renewal.
Your billing interval stays as it is. If you were on annual Solo, you move to annual Pro.
Your existing events, availability, leads, and meetings are untouched. The new seats are empty until you invite people or give existing members booking access on the Team page.
Downgrading from Pro to Solo isn't something you can do yourself in the dashboard. Get in touch and we'll sort it out for you.
Worth knowing before you ask: Solo has one sales seat, so a downgrade means everyone except one host loses booking access, and any events using round-robin routing or a custom domain stop working as configured.
The upgrade card only appears if you're the account owner, on Solo, with an active or trialing subscription that isn't already set to cancel. Team members can't change billing.
