The booking block puts one of your events directly on the page, so prospects book without leaving.
Add a Booking block where you want the form
Choose which event it should use
Pick inline or popup display
Bookings made here behave exactly like bookings from a standalone link. They create leads and meetings, run your qualification rules, sync to your CRM, and trigger your notifications identically. The SalesPad is a wrapper, not a different booking path.
Inline renders the form on the page. The prospect sees it as they scroll. Best when the form is the point of the page and you want it visible.
Popup shows a button that opens the form in an overlay. Best on longer pages where you want several booking prompts without repeating the whole form.
Popup mode is only available for SmartFlow events. If your event uses the classic form style, only inline is offered.
When using popup mode, the button gets the same styling options as a normal button block: primary, secondary or outline style, three sizes, alignment, custom colour, gradient, and full-width. It defaults to "Book a call".
A long page usually wants more than one opportunity to book. Rather than repeating the whole form:
Use one inline booking block as the main form
Add button or button modal blocks higher up that either open the form as a popup or scroll down to the inline block
The hero block's call-to-action can also scroll to a specific block, which is the cleanest way to send people from the top of the page to the form.
Switch the event on the booking block and republish. The page keeps its layout and copy; only the form changes.
Existing meetings booked through the old event aren't affected. They stay attached to the event they were booked on.
The form shows no available times. That's the event's availability, not the SalesPad. Check the event's schedule, minimum booking notice, and connected calendar.
Popup mode isn't offered. The event isn't a SmartFlow event. Use inline, or rebuild the event as SmartFlow.
Changes aren't showing on the live page. Republish. Edits to a published page don't go live until you do.
