On the login page, click Forgot password?
Enter the email address on your account
Click Send reset link
You'll see Check your email
Open the email and follow the link to set a new password
The link is single use. If you request another reset, only the newest link works.
Give it a couple of minutes, then:
Check your spam or junk folder
Check the Promotions or Updates tabs if you use Gmail
Search your whole mailbox rather than browsing the inbox
Confirm you used the address your account is actually under
That last one catches most cases. If you signed up with a work address and requested the reset with a personal one, no email is sent because there's no account under it.
Look for any SalesCal email you've received before, such as a booking confirmation or an invoice, and use the address it was sent to.
If you can't find one, get in touch with any details you have and we'll help identify the account.
If you can sign in but land on a screen saying the subscription is inactive, that's billing rather than access. See the billing articles, or pass it to your account owner, who is the only person who can resolve it.
If you belong to more than one team, that screen also lets you switch to a team that's still active.
Go to Settings and update it there. You don't need the reset flow.
Get in touch. Your login email is tied to your account and your team's records, so we change it for you rather than exposing it as a self-serve setting.
Note that your login email and the address that receives replies from prospects can be different. The reply address is set in Settings and defaults to your login email.
Get in touch with the email address you're trying to use and roughly when you last signed in successfully. Don't send your password.
